Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
As part of our comprehensive three-year faith development plan staff are active participants in their faith journey and the prayer life of the school. Each year staff faith formation is based on one of the four Gospels. Each staff member and our parish priest lead the staff in unpacking and understanding various Gospel passages. Additionally, each year the school dedicates one professional learning day to engage in spiritual, theological and faith-inspired experiences.
